\n\u25cf Planning, creating, posting and editing website and social media content;
\n\u25cf Managing and building a presence on social media, including implementing website promotion
\nand user engagement strategies and tactics;
\n\u25cf Monitoring activities on the websites and social media pages, compiling and analyzing regular
\nstatistical web reports;
\n\u25cf Testing and enhancing the usability and navigability of the website;
\n\u25cf Managing, expanding and maintaining the database of email subscribers;
\n\u25cf Planning, organizing and overseeing online seminars and online learning tools;
\n\u25cf Creating and distributing newsletters;
\n\u25cf Following developments and trends in online communications and advising on potential
\nopportunities for effective programming activities, suggesting innovative practices;
\n\u25cf Managing external agencies\/contractors to successfully implement online projects;
\n\u25cf Assistance with the organization\u2019s other activities and events as required.<\/p>\n
\n\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience;
\n\u25cf At least two years of professional experience working with online communications, website
\ncontent management or social media marketing;
\n\u25cf Working knowledge of information communication technology (ICT) tools, including content
\nmanagement systems (CMS), mass emailing services, web analytics tools
\n\u25cf Proven experience in working with web development projects;
\n\u25cf Experience in creative writing and\/or web content preparation;
\n\u25cf High degree of organization and attention to detail;
\n\u25cf Strong analytical and reporting skills;
\n\u25cf Ability and willingness to work under time pressure and to meet strict deadlines, good time
\nmanagement and multitasking skills;
\n\u25cf Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English required; and
\n\u25cf Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of international affairs, politics, elections and civil
\nsociety.<\/p>\n
