What matters to us as a region? Are there particular ways of working and living that strengthen our bonds? What does resilience mean to you, your neighborhood, or your community?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous dialogues and surveys have highlighted growing societal divisions. Different<br>generations, cultures, occupations, urban and rural communities, and political perspectives often struggle to find common grounds. We aim to explore what fosters unity and connection in our diverse societies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The dialogue seeks to understand the varied experiences of people living in Estonia and the Nordic countries. A well-functioning society thrives on strong people-to-people connections, ensuring inclusivity and collaborative problem-solving. What inspires you, your community, organization, or decision-makers to come together?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite partners from our Nordic-Baltic network to share their experiences. We especially welcome those who do not typically take part in these discussions.<br>Your voice matters \u2014 your experiences shape our work and future collaboration!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expert-Led Discussions<br><\/strong>The sessions will be facilitated by Finnish and Estonian experts from the Dialogue Academy, led by Dr Kai Alhanen, a recognized researcher in political philosophy and author of many books on the dialogue method (read more here https:\/\/dialogiakatemia.fi\/en\/persons\/kai-alhanen\/).
