International co-operation project "Participation for Change" announces:

We're really excited to be announcing a second e-Conference, which will take place on Wednesday 3rd March.
 
We're going to be bringing together examples of projects from across Europe that are supporting people both offline and online. There will also be a space to find potential partners for your projects in the online Marketplace.
 
Put the date in your diary and join us on the 3rd March!
