Volunteer Week Takes Off Across Estonia

The European Week of Volunteering, Let's Do It 2011, and research presentations by the think tank Praxis are just a few thing taking place this week across Estonia.
Starting today, the Nokia Concert Hall lobby will host the European Year of Volunteering tour, introducing different fields of volunteering to activists across Estonia. Local participants include Let's Do It, scouts and guides, European Youth Estonia and other organizations. The program will also include a conferences, workshops, entertainment events and much more. NENO will be there, presenting, among other things, the new issue of the "Good Citizen" magazine, dedicated to volunteering.
The week will culminate with Let's Do It 2011, on May 7th. The community action day has currently 900 registered projects and nearly 10,000 participants.
