Институт Европейской Политики (Institut für Europäische Politik), г.Берлин, совместно с некоммерческой международной организацией CIFE (Centre international de formation européenne), при финансовой поддержке фонда Фольксваген (Volkswagen Foundation) и Программы непрерывного образования ЕС имени Жана Моне ( Lifelong Learning Programme Jean Monnet of the European Commission ) объявляет конкурс на участие в бесплатной онлайн магистратуре «Европейский Союз и Центральная Азия в Международной Системе» ( EUCAIS ).
 
Программа состоит из трех семестров по 6 месяцев с максимальной нагрузкой 20 часов в неделю и предусматривает выдачу 30 стипендий в размере 200 евро в месяц. Обучение начнется в августе 2013 года и завершится в марте 2015 года. Программой также предусмотрены учебные визиты в Берлин, Брюссель и Центральную Азию.
 
Требования к участникам: высшее образование, знание английского языка.

Second class of the EUCAIS master programme
 
Dear Sir or Madam,
We are delighted to inform you about the initiation of the second class of our
master programme “The European Union and Central Asia in the International
System” (EUCAIS). This master programme is designed and supervised by the
Institut für Europäische Politik (IEP, Berlin) in cooperation with the Centre
international de fomation européenne (CIFE, Nice/Berlin). The programme
receives significant funding from the Volkswagen Foundation and additional
financial support from the Lifelong Learning Programme Jean Monnet of the
European Commission.
We would like to kindly ask you for supporting our programme through
circulating the flyer within your networks and, if possible, by exposing a
printed version at relevant places. Please find the flyer and a short
information text about the master programme enclosed.
The curriculum is organised as a  part time master programme that encompasses
three study semesters with a maximum workload of 20 hours per week. It
comprises  online courses plus four compulsory  presence phases in Berlin,
Brussels and Central Asia with workshops, panel discussions and exams. Up to
30  scholarships with 200 € per month will be offered, the costs for travel
and accommodation during the presence phases will be covered for the
scholarship holders by the programme.
The programme is a response to the developing relations between the European
Union and Central Asia and the growing interest in the European Union. It
addresses post-graduates (that hold a university degree in law, business
administration and economy, social sciences or related fields) and young
professionals in Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan,
Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, as well as from the Chinese region of Xinjiang and
the Indian region of Kashmir.
The application process for the online master will be opened from now on until
